Im going to give them 2 stars. I requested a $500 redemption 3 days ago and it still says that it is pending. I have attempted to message them on the website and ask them how much longer it is going to take and they have not responded. But every time I messaged them before about something else, they responded quickly and were very helpful. I don't understand why they aren't responding to my 5 plus messages asking about my redemption time frame. I hope my issue is resolved and that I receive my winnings without incident, if I do then I will change my rating.Update Got my redemption finally but they only gave me $250 since it was won from promo coins. But I cant complain.
