Update: I was surprised by my redemption tonight. So 4 days, almost to the hour. Nice that it was processed on a weekend, but I would like to see them be able to set and communicate better time frames for approval/processing. This seems to be another new social casino that is either not prepared or does not care about servicing customers. On the positive side, they offered good promotions. The site is fun to use,with a wide variety of games. But when it comes to redemptions, it's day of 3 of "sitting in the que for approval" and support only replies w copy and paste response about terms of taking 10 days, and verifications and high $ amounts causing delays (verification completed previously & minimum redemption amount) There are too many of these sites doing things the right way. I will spend my money with one that does more than take it.
