Redeemed before on the site with no issue. Attempted to redeem again and 4 times now my redemption has been cancelled. They will not give any explanation as to the reason for the cancellation and do not reach out to you for resolution in the matter. They will likely respond to this bad review before I ever hear back from support.Edit: yup. hit this one right on the nose. 72 hour wait on support so far but a bad review takes 2 hours for a response. priorities.
