I received $2 for reaching a tier, and won $3.22 on some free spins. Well, I had issues with my games not loading, and was told they were having technical issues. So, I left the $5.22, and returned the next day. My money was gone. So, I reached out to customer support, and they said the sent it to the team in charge that I would receive an email on the update. So, a few days pass, and I ask again. Same answer... it's been over a week, and I haven't received an email or my money. I know it's just $5.22, but if they are going to disregard the fact that I had proof of the money, and it is obvious that I didn't play it on any games, and not return it. No email in response, then that tells me they are not trustworthy. That's stealing in my opinion. The customer service is mediocre, because they do respond only to give you the runaround. They don't however email back. I spoke to them on the website chat.
