The company fails to send merchandise that has been ordered and paid for. They provide a fake untraceable tracking number which they later use as evidence that the merchandise package was delivered to the address listed on the order. The tracking information slip doesn’t not provide the name of a US Carrier that delivered the package making it impossible to verify that a delivery was made. (The USPS is unable to use or search for the package using the tracking number provided by the company.) They will then claim to attempt to locate the package on their end but do not provide any follow up or evidence that attempts have been made or that the package has been located. In addition they will request that the customer obtain a proof of loss document through the USPS. PLEASE reconsider before placing any order with this company.
