I am extremely disappointed with The Brick’s handling of my warranty claim. I purchased the OK2LGRS3 Light Grey 3PC Sectional along with their Furniture Warranty Service Agreement, expecting peace of mind and product protection. Unfortunately, when significant issues developed—namely the left side cushion and backrest leaning, sinking, and sagging—my warranty claim was outright denied. The explanation provided was that “sagging is not covered” and that my product is now considered “everyday normal wear and tear” despite being only one year old. To me, a sectional sofa showing such visible deterioration in comfort and support after just a year indicates a defect in quality and durability, not ordinary wear. Denying coverage under these circumstances makes the warranty feel misleading and of little practical value.I believe a warranty should protect customers against premature structural and comfort issues—precisely the kind of concerns I reported. Instead, The Brick’s refusal leaves me with an expensive, poorly performing sofa and no recourse, despite having invested extra in their warranty program. This experience has left me questioning the value, transparency, and fairness of The Brick’s warranty service. Customers deserve products that last longer than a year without collapsing cushions and warranties that actually deliver on their promises.I would urge anyone considering a purchase to carefully read the fine print before buying both furniture and warranties from The Brick. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their warranty service, and I will be much more cautious about future purchases.
