I have bought many items in the past 18 months from The Brick including 4 mattresses and a couch. One mattress was much firmer than in the store, but it was exchangeable so I am attempting to exchange it. The delivery system is a nightmare. They will not arrange delivery until nearly a week later. I had told them that I had an event on that day, so only first thing may work. The salesperson didn't note that, so they won't guarantee first drop off - since they don't start until 11 am with deliveries. The next delivery day is nearly a week later and you have to bend to whenever they say. They don't care if you work long hours or what works for you. All I asked for is first thing if at all possible - but you would think that I was asking the world. Customers are such a bother.........Trying to ask simple questions were met with snotty comments - ones that made it very clear that they clearly were not listening to my question. They just told me "the way it will be" and they don't care now that the sale is made.We have other items to shop for and will be going elsewhere
