I received a new mattress from a warranty claim, the mattress arrived in February. I called to inform them this mattress has a defective and need to be looked at being replaced. The customer service rep refuses to get a manager to speak to always and excuse in the warehouse, not able to come to the phone. Then also is trying to tell me that my mattress doesn't have warrenty anymore that once you have warrenty once your done!! Once again the brick with crappy service and the lying to the customer about there items
