I don’t know if anyone has noticed but there are 2 spellings of the email address britshopo which is the bogus email on our invoices and britshop on their website. Notice the spelling on shop I think all our complaints go to the one with the O on the end of shop and never get read. I’ve asked my bank for reversal payment and am notifying Trading Standards. If we don’t do anything but moan they will carry on stealing our money. UPDATE within 30mins of emailing the correct email address (No O on shop)they agreed my refund.
