This initially was a lovely day that turned very sour very quickly.The initial photoshoot was nice, all the staff were very friendly.However - When we were about to review the photos we were advised (and pushed when we were reluctant), to pass on 100 contact details to give us £100 off the photo packages we could buy afterwards and to enter us into a prize draw. Regrettably we ended up giving into this.We were looking through the photos which were great, however the lady who was helping us look through photos became increasingly more pushy, trying to get us to buy as many photos as possible. It became rather unpleasant for us as we were made to feel bad about not buying packages. The packages were still too expensive for us regardless of the £100 off from giving contacts, so we managed to just about say no to them. Two days on, and I am inundated with messages from friends and family asking about this phone call they have received, thinking it might be a scam and that I have been hacked or something. I have had to put a message out on my story to apologise to people and warn them that they could receive this call and of my experience with the company myself. I have been spending my morning trying to contact Broadway studios to have them delete the contacts I have given (since I never used the money it gave us off packages anyway), however they are proving difficult to get through to. The first time we called, we went through to a man who would only email another department who dealt with that side of the company. He wouldn’t give us a phone number to contact, only his word that he would email ‘as soon as possible’. I have tried the number numerous times again in the hour after this and have not been able to reach anyone at all since. This has definitely been a lesson learnt for me, however I wanted to write this to avoid others making the same mistake. I will never be recommending this company to anyone due to their pushy, aggressive sales team.
