My Experience with My Coach This Year

I've spent most of this year working with my coach, and after a previous experience that didn't meet my expectations, switching was the best decision I made. As a dedicated runner and triathlete, I've seen incredible improvements this year. I've achieved personal bests in my 10k, half marathon, and marathon, and I'm excited about my goals for next year. My coach has supported my ambitions in triathlon while ensuring my running progress remains strong. He adapts to my needs, making our collaboration easy and effective. A great coach goes beyond just planning workouts; they build a relationship and truly understand what drives your success. I'm looking forward to what the next year holds.
