I have been working with Greg since November 2024 and my improvement is massive. I went from a 3:52 in the marathon to 3:37 in December 2025 in about a year. That is not even counting the progress in the half marathon and shorter races.
I love how personalised everything is. The plan never feels generic. If I mention something small like a strange feeling in my knee, tight ankles, or if I am travelling and miss sessions, Greg adjusts things straight away. He does his magic and somehow the schedule always comes together. It makes a huge difference that he understands there is life outside of running and works with me to make it all fit. The whole process feels sustainable and a lot less stressful.
Greg is also super detailed with race prep. We go through pacing, course profile, hydration, fueling, weather — all of it. He removes all the guesswork. It is great having someone to properly talk things through with, bounce ideas off, and make small tweaks based on how I am feeling.
The PBs are wonderful, but more than that I feel consistent, confident, and genuinely prepared going into races. Working with Greg has easily been the best decision I have made for my running.
