4 months since my purchase and still nothing, they have sent a tracking number that is from a chinesa website. Fake, scammers.
I ordered a mattress topper in October and have yet to receive it. I've contacted the service twice and used their website messaging, but I only get the same response about being busy and promises of delivery. I've requested a chargeback from my bank, as it’s clear I won’t receive this item. I strongly recommend others avoid this company, as they appear untrustworthy.
This business is dishonest. I ordered two items on October 30, and it’s now January without delivery. Customer service offers no explanation for the delay, only repeating that the order is in process. They refuse to cancel or refund. This is a fraudulent operation. Please avoid purchasing from these untrustworthy individuals.
I can only give one star because zero isn't an option. I ordered a blanket on October 29 and have chased them twice with weak excuses, yet still no product and a refusal of refund. The tracking information provided is fake. I feel scammed and doubt I'll receive my product.
Steer clear of this company! It’s either a scam or has the worst customer service imaginable. My husband ordered a bamboo topper in mid-October, and we still haven't received it. Similar to others, we received emails claiming it was dispatched, making refunds impossible, along with a tracking number that is invalid. If this were a local business, we would have pursued legal action, but unfortunately, it’s overseas.
I gave one star only because I couldn't select zero! This has been a terrible experience. I ordered a gift in November, and as of December 22, there’s no sign of it. They can’t provide any information or tracking details. I’ve requested a refund but received no response. This is incredibly disappointing, and my daughter will be upset.
This company should not be allowed to operate. I placed an order on October 2, and today is December 9. My order is still sitting with the status 'Info received.' Ten weeks of waiting is unacceptable, and they take no responsibility. I have requested my money back and am awaiting a reply.
