NO STARS. I purchased a rucksack for my small dog (size medium) but had a terrible experience overall. The item took a very long time to arrive, and while the company sent several emails apologising for the delay, it meant I couldn’t use the rucksack for its intended purpose—a travel expedition.When the rucksack finally arrived, I no longer needed it. I still tried it with my dog, but it was completely unsuitable. The design felt unstable, and it didn’t seem comfortable for her at all.To make matters worse, the company’s returns policy is deeply disappointing. You have to email them and wait for a reply—no straightforward process or portal. During the busy Christmas season, I had to send several emails just to get a response. When I finally heard back, I was shocked by their return options:40% Refund And Keep The Product – You get a 40% refund with no need to return the item.100% Refund – You can ship the item back to their warehouse, but you must cover the return shipping costs, which they estimate to be around $20-$30.Given how late the product was, I found it unacceptable to have to pay for the return shipping. This would not have been as frustrating if the product had arrived on time, but even then, the policy is not consumer-friendly—the return cost is almost as much as the product itself!I’ve asked the company to cover the return shipping costs.n costs, but they’ve refused. I’m highly disappointed and would never purchase from this company again. If you’re considering buying from them, think twice.
