I had high hopes for cape cantina..

I had high hopes for Cape Cantina after hearing praise from many Lego YouTubers, but my experience has been disappointing. I ordered over $30 worth of accessories nearly two months ago, and they still haven’t arrived. I live in the U.S., so shipping shouldn’t take this long.When I reached out, customer service was unhelpful—just copy-and-paste responses until they eventually stopped replying altogether. I wouldn’t call them scammers, but they don’t seem to care about their customers. At this point, I’ve accepted I won’t be getting my order or my money back.What bothers me most isn’t the loss of $30, but the way they handle customer concerns. Being a small company should mean valuing customers even more, not ignoring them.If you’re considering Lego accessories, I recommend Clone Army Customs instead. They may cost a little more, but their communication and service are excellent—you truly get what you pay for.
