Ordered a card for my niece, ordered it on the 03/03/26. Paid for next day premium delivery £££. Granted, I don’t ordered before 2pm, so my card was dispatched on the 4th. That was ok as the expensive delivery meant I’d still get it in the 5th (birthday). Emailed several times, to no avail on the actual day of her birthday, and NO CARD!
Update - Got a response from the company today. Card delivered this morning, corner is bent, and issued a refund. I should have been too, as the service I received was not delivered; trading laws. Told their response was “timely”, it wasn’t. I emailed on the day, requiring an update, but don’t get a response until the day after her birthday and when I completed this factual review (not coincidentally). I had to buy another card. Very disappointed, and this caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. My reviews are honest and for other customers to see what has happened when using a business.
