My emails were consistently ignored, and I received no follow-up or support. Despite clearly indicating my desire to cancel, they still charged my card without my authorization. Due to the lack of response from the company, I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank, which refunded me after confirming the payment was unauthorized. The fact that a student has to involve their bank just to stop being charged speaks volumes about this organization’s practices. What’s most troubling is the total absence of communication and accountability. There was no acknowledgment of my cancellation, no explanation, no apology—just silence. I eventually had to cancel my card entirely out of fear they would continue to charge me, as my bank advised this was the only way to ensure it stopped. This ordeal caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and financial hassle. For an organization that claims to be a professional education provider, this behavior is unacceptable. Ignoring cancellation requests and continuing to bill students is unethical and borderline misleading. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If issues arise, you might find yourself ignored and left to deal with the fallout alone. If you are considering enrolling, proceed with caution. Cancelling shouldn't involve bank disputes, card cancellations, and formal complaints.
