Yes, the customer service is great, but do you actually do what your asked?
I had cancelled my studies within the 10 days period through email and phone call last month in which the employee I had rung said would be completed, but $15.00 was taken out of my account this week and I still get emails from you. Maybe there was a miscommunication amongst your staff but I'd prefer it to be dealt with now before I have to deal with it in person. I dislike having to repeat myself
