Would of given a big fat 0 rating, but I can't.
Ordered a service kit for a vehicle which was meant to have been delivered by the friday. I was home all day friday and nothing arrived, same as Saturday. Come the Monday whilst I was at work I get the notification the item was delivered and signed for by myself. Now the fact I was in work I knew I never signed for anything. Im guessing the delivery driver had just left the item on my door step which everyone can see and someone at some point had taken it, as there was nothing there when I got home. I looked every where possible and asked my neighbours, but sadly nothing. I got in touch with the seller straight away. Straight off the bat thier reply was it was delivered and signed for by me. I explained that was impossible as I was in work and to send me proof of my signature, which they refused to do. Then they said it was my fault as I was informed at some point in the day it was on its way. Again I said I was at work so not on my phone, plus it was meant to be delivered by the Friday anyway, not the Monday. I explained, given I work in A&E, I dont get much chance to check my phone. They didnt care, they just basically said its tuff, it shows as delivered, you signed for it so its your problem. I stated again I never signed for anything. Again they refused to provide proof and told me to take it up with my bank.
(Which is am currently doing now, as they just dont care, as they are extremely arrogant and rude.)
Just to add, I 100% guarantee, just like all the other negative reviews, they will just basically reply to this if they see it and say our tracking shows it was delivered. They wont mention anything about the false signature, or even the fact they fail to prove it.
In relation to the reply. Photo showed item left on door step, not delivered as delivered means I would of received said item.
Secondly tracking stated I had signed for said item no mention of digital signature.
Thirdly, yes ebay dismissed the claim straight off, but what you dont know is i submitted a complaint against that decision. My complaint was due to the fact it only took ebay 3 minutes and 37 seconds to complete thier investigation which by anyone's standards, is impossible. Ebay have since apologised for that decision, which i have in writing and the investigation is still on going.
Finally, the company is just a rip off. I've posted it all over Facebook for everyone to see, and I will continue to post on every review site I can find until I either get my stuff or a refund. Simple as that really.
