My order didn’t arrive. I chased up a link in the email to see tracking info said DPD had tried to deliver twice and gave times. I have Ring and a separate CCTV system. No delivery was attempted at these times. I have a parcel safe place but, after chasing up twice over three days on email, this retailer says they need a person to accept the item. This was not a condition of the sale and they stated this after the fact. It’s quite a prescriptive boiler plate type email. The tracking shows it was returned on 6 September. It is now 10 September and they still have not dispatched it. I am writing to cancel.Update: Following this review I received an email from a different person at the store with much different tone. They apologised for the shipping error and sent it out two days later with instructions for safe place. All good now.
