Probably the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I complained that I'd received a pre-installed camera (i.e. a second hand one) and got an email back that was over 500 words and asked 12 questions all designed to waste my time and prevent me from getting any help and service. Watch out for the 25% 'restocking fee' if you make the same mistake I did by ordering from these guys and then try and return something. My recommendation is don't use this business. There are plenty other online retailers of CCTV equipment out there that must be better. I found out only too late that they have less than 30 Trustpilot reviews whereas a direct competitor has over 1,200. Thirty reviews just isn't enough to go on.
