I was very happy with the 2 videos that I requested.However , when I checked my bank I noticed they had taken an additional amount of £8 .I wrote to them asking why and could they please credit the additional monies paid in error.They tried to force me to submit a further photograph to justify this additional money . I advised that I didn’t want an additional picture , and that this payment been taken incorrectly. I asked them again to credit the money and they have now stopped all communication. I would advise everybody to think twice before giving this company your bank details .
