Ball rolls really nice and turf responds like a real putting green when chipping. Having the added chipping mat is nice to practice longer chips and putts. I've had other practice mats before, but this one tops them all. As a golf instructor, this gives me another option to help my students improve their short game as well. Very impressive quality, a good price, and I enjoy using the Chiputt mat!
