I ordered a set of winter wheel rims for my push trolley, but they were too large upon arrival. I contacted customer support and spoke with a very helpful representative who explained that the rims fit all models except mine. Although the website did mention this, I overlooked it. I was given the option to return the wheels, but the representative suggested they might find suitable replacements. Shortly after, I received a call confirming they could send me fitting rims and arrange for the original ones to be collected. They arrived the next day and fit perfectly. Excellent customer service! I will definitely use this retailer again. P.S. Apologies if I got the representative's name wrong.
