I made an order in mid March for my wives birthday in mid April. Did not receive the order. Tried to reach out to them and they responded on a chat message saying the delivery date kept being pushed out. They did charge my credit card, but will not send the product. Tried to reach out but now there is no phone number or chat, just an email they won't respond to. Going to try to get the credit card company involved and get my money back.
