Made a purchase and was promised the E-Book. I get an email to download the ebook and it takes me to a google drive and I was denied access. Apparently I need a gmail account to access the book. I get a 2nd email telling me to download the book and I'm taken to the same drive but its empty. If you are going to promise something with a purchase, just give it to the customer. I shouldn't have to create an email account nor ask for access to this book. If that's the service I'm going to get on the same day of my purchase then I already regret my purchase.
