Absolutely horrendous customer service! Tried to cancel the purchase of an item immediately, with multiple emails and messages, it was shipped before anyone contacted me back. I then had to pay for the shipping back to the company out of my own funds and am STILL awaiting the refund of $128.50 from DECEMBER! it’s now February….
