I bought a set of kitchen knives from them on Black friday last year, and it's been a month and there was no update on the status of my order. Then found out that my knives have been sent back to the seller. And this was only after I have been continually asking them about the status of my order. So I asked for a refund and they said they'd give me a full refund after a few days, but it's been 2 weeks and still no refund. Honestly, I just wanted a set of knives, not having to put with this much drama.
