I bought a set of knives as a Christmas present and decided they weren’t a good fit so I mailed it back to them the very next day on 12/23/22. In the package I returned, I included proof of purchase and the knives were never used. Unfortunately, I lost the return tracking number from the post office so when I emailed their support group to ask if they received my package they told me in order to get a refund or look for my package I would need the return tracking number. I gave customer service my order number several times and asked if they could look through their return items to ensure they received it so I can get a refund, but no, I can’t get a refund because I don’t have a return tracking number. I spent $200 on a set of knives I never used and customer service has been extremely unhelpful. I also checked their return and refund policy on their official website and nowhere on there does it say you must have a return tracking number in order to receive a full refund. I will never buy from this company again and advise others not to do business with them either. Extremely disappointed.
