HiPLEASE CAN YOU RESPOND to my email. I made an order on the 17th December This was supposed to be a xmas present for my Dad and now a month later, it still has not arrived? What is the hold up? It seems like lots of people are complaining on Trust Pilot about the same problem with your company. If you cannot send the package then it is within my rights to request a refund. You cannot just take my money and not post out the item. Please can you respond to this
