I placed a order then quickly found a better option so immediately emailed their customer service to cancel the order. Emailed multiple times over the course of a 2 day period to try to cancel and never got a response. Finally, got a hold of their Instagram account and told me they couldn’t cancel as it had already been shipped even though I emailed them asking to cancel 30mins after the order was placed. Then finally today, I received a email from their customer service saying “ Hi Jaames,Thank you for reaching out to us.We cannot cancel your order as it has been left our warehouse.Thanks for understanding!” First of all they spelled my name wrong and this was their response to days of me trying to cancel. Worst customer service I’ve ever had from a company. Do NOT buy from them.
