I'm very disappointed with my first and possibly only experience purchasing from The Cooking Guild. I have made a purchase on 12th December and yet to receive my goods, have had no update on tracking link (looks as though the products have not even been handed to courier) with no company update whatsoever. I have contacted support multiple times and submitted a form through the website and received no acknowledgement or reply to any of these communications. Really disappointing and looks like I will not recieve my products or a refund. To The Cooking Guild, if you are reading your reviews, can you please check your emails and get back to me ASAP.
