Honestly, I love the knife I received. Although it was delivered in a broken sheath. When I opened the knife (it was in sheath) I took it out to hold and immediately cut my hand. The blade had gone through the sheath and I was unaware. The sheath is very important as this knife will be used in travel and it is unsafe if the sheath can’t protect the blade. This was a Christmas gift. I was hopeful for the customer service team to help me resolve this issue in a timely manner. But it’s been radio silence with their customer service for weeks. I work in sales, so I tried to give some grace in the situation being the holiday season. But there’s been a complete lack of communication. I bought this knife with plans of adding to the collection, but it looks like I’ll be taking my money elsewhere. The customer service does not make this knife worth it.
