Packing was small and had little waste. The knife is beautiful and a great conversation piece. It's sturdy and feels expensive. It came sharp and ready to go with a little care instruction card which told my dad how to prevent rust and get the most from his knife. We are both extremely happy with the cleaver. It's comfortable, functional and looks super cool.
