I ordered the men with a pot cleaver/knife. Product arrived ahead of schedule. That was great. The knife itself comes up short. I needed to hone it to give it a finer edge. Not unexpected I’ve had to do this with other knives. They say it has a full tang, I will believe that if they say so, but the knife truly needs a bolster. Even with my small hands my index finger touches the blade and because the blades edge is only 1/2 inch away from the handle it is uncomfortable at best.Put that together with a wood handle that has not been properly treated, the moment water touched the wood handle the grain raised, it simply is not a knife that you could use to say replace a chiefs knife. It simply is not ergonomically designed well at all. Love the shape of the blade, in my opinion could be 1/2 to 1 inch longer, but the shape works very well. If the details were only addressed this would be a great knife. Again only my opinion but the short cuts, no bolster, a handle that is to short, simply make this a novelty piece. I regret purchasing this knife
