I purchased the Hantā™ Versatile Hand Forged Precision Knife and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very sharp out of the box. I like the size of it for camping but also use it in the kitchen for carving chicken as the shape of it makes separating the joints very easy (though a different technique is needed than a normal carving knife). Keep in mind it is high carbon steel, considered a good thing by many but make sure you know what that entails before purchasing as a little extra care for te knife is needed.
