Just got my knives today & I had gone kayak fishing I caught a very nice size flounder I was very excited to give the bushcraft filet knife a shot. I was truly amazed at the handling and balance of this knife. With my old filet knife it would take me forever but with the bushcraft cooking guild the job was so easy I was able to get every bit of the meat from the flounder, thank y’all for a great product!Jill SC
