Oh hey - it arrived in time to be a Christmas present for my son. He is stretching his wings into being a foodie these days (he's over 40) and never had his very own knife. The knife was a hit - he loves the balance, the edge that stays nice and sharp for long periods...and he warns everyone else in his family off of using it!! lol Nice knife - I'll be looking at purchasing the others in the collection for a Christmas gift later this year.
