We received the knife and my husband and I used it over the holidays for ham, filet mignon, and yesterday for pork butt. Both cooked and raw, it slices the meat so smoothly. I like the heaviness of the knife, it was perfect to crush the garlic cloves too. Excellent product, you guys should be proud of your creation. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and checking in to see what we think and if we got it yet. No problem on shipping before Christmas, I got it early and was so relieved to have it here for my husband to open for Christmas 💜
