Immediately after taking the knife out…

Immediately after taking the knife out of the box, I noticed that the blade was angled way off center from the handle. That is impossible with an actual full tang blade. It was far too light as well. When I emailed MWTP, their response was simply “return it within 30 days for a refund”. No explanation, no attempt to remedy the situation. I also had to pay for shipping (which is ridiculous) when I was sent a defective product. It added insult to injury. Not worth the price and they are lying about it being full tang. Partial tang possible, full tang not probably (considering the acute angle of the blade compared to the handle). Even if it was straight and aligned, I would have sent it back. Felt very cheap and flimsy for a cleaver. I own an entire set of high end German knives and this knife is far bellow their quality. Do not waste your money. Much better products out there. This one sells purely on hype and social media marketing. I also have confirmation that they have received the knife and not heard back from them or gotten my refund yet. Disappointed across the board. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Update after their response. No one has reached out to me and I have confirmation from UPS that they have already received the returned cleaver on Friday Jan.7th. Do not trust this company! After several attempts at contacting them (with no reply) I posted this review. Finally (because of this review) they admitted to receiving the knife and refunded. I will never order anything from this company again. Buyer beware. From the quality of the knife to the handling of returning a defective product, they dropped the ball.
