Cooks, Professional and Home! I have used knives of all types for 40 yrs. Hunting, sport and food preparation. I love to cook and nothing frustrates me more not having a knife I can trust to do the job. I have many knives and spent $1000's on them like Henkles, Cutco, Benchmade and many more. All I can say is that these knives perform better than expected. I love the sharpness, weight and balance. Many can be sharp but not have all 3 requirements. Trust me you won't be disappointed!
