This organization is hiding behind an email address. I ordered knives for Christmas approx 12/15/2020. No response and no knives were delivered. I tried to contact them numerous times, and finally received a refund on 03/22/2021. During the 3 months of constant communication to them; sending back the knives which I finally received on 2/8/2021; returning the knives; reporting them to my bank; advising them I would report them to the BBB (which they are not a part of); sending them proof they received the knives on 2/17/2021; numerous emails for information about my order--no response or weeks later a response to either call my bank or send documentation (at least 3 times) that they received the knives. . On 12/29/2020/ i received a message that they were closed from 12/23-1/3. Had I known they were closed over the holidays, I would not have ordered the knives.Don't do it. Don't purchase their knives. it will take months for you to receive the knives..There is no way to reach them. They are not listed in anywhere. They are not part of the BBB. They do not have a telephone number and the address they have is not listed to them.
