Horrible shopping experience. I bought the knives in November and they arrived in February. The shipping company didn't notify me the day before delivery, and when it arrived, no one was home. Instead of making another delivery attempt, they left the package at the post office and didn't notify me again; I found a note in my mailbox a week later. On top of that, I had to pay an extra €27 in customs fees, charges I hadn't expected and which they don't explain when you buy the knives. The best thing about them was the knives themselves; the purchase was a disaster. I will never buy anything from them again.
