I ordered Parker & Simpson. They sent Royal oak. I sent proof, I stated it was clearly a mishap on their end.
Their only response was that port royal is Parker and Simpson, I cant find any information to back this claim. Seems like a bait and switch. No replacement or refund was offered & its un smokeable. Disgusting stuff. I just want what I ordered and paid for.
