It was a busy time and there didn’t seem to be enough staff, but the customer service was still very poor.There were no clean tables, so I cleaned one myself and moved the dirty cups to the side. However, a staff member who appeared to be on her break complained very loudly that people had left dirty cups there. What are customers supposed to do — sit at a table full of dirty cups?Also, when I asked the staff member making drinks if I could have a knife for my pastry, he tutted and responded with a very unpleasant attitude.The coffee was bitter and far too hot — not enjoyable at all.Overall, it was a very disappointing visit.
