This is my first & last visit. I was in Worcester on a cold day and thought I'd try out the Cornish Bakery. I ordered a bacon and cheese croissant and drink and paid for it. I looked at my order and it didn't seem to be warm and I asked if it was heated and she said it wasn't. I asked if it could be heated and they said no they have no way to heat anything. Seriously ??? (So far not impressed). At this point was annoyed... I then took my tray with a cold croissant and drink to the dining area. There were only a few people at tables in there, but several tables were very dirty and stained. I turned around and returned to the counter with my tray and asked for a refund. The young woman was quite indifferent.I will not be returning.PS. For lunch I went across the way and got a hot lunch in clean surroundings.
