Cornish Bakery Gloucester Quays.Coffee not hot, cream served in a small pot/dish — at least 50% less than the supplied Cornish Cream tubs, scones on shop window ledge ( not on plates) and also half the size, pastries layout over loaded. Shortage of pasties due to oven breakdown - was fixed after arrival. I think the area/regional manageress in attendance.Store showing lower standards since previous manageress moved to new store/shop. ( Yes as a Cornishman I’ve used the Quays store for many years)
