Ordering went well, but communication about delivery or tracking wasn't there at all, I didn't know if my delivery was on its way or who was delivering it. When it came to the day of delivery i thought it would of been delivered either in the morning or by lunchtime as it was an afternoon tea for my daughters birthday, but it wasn't actually delivered until 5.30pm. It actually turns out that it was delivered to the wrong address at 8.56 am!! Apart from this the afternoon tea and pasties are very nice and we eventually enjoyed it the next day!.
