Wanted a made to measure and was straight forward until the measuring. Sent off the initial measurements and was told they were wrong. Sent the revised measurements. Had not heard back in a week so chased up via their helpdesk. They claimed to have sent an email chasing me but I never received it and could not re send it. Bizzarly the email they did send a day later asking again for revised measurements contained the revised measurements. In that email the "lady" "shouted" at me in capitals that I had not sent them. I could resend the email I had sent. At this point decided I had better cut my losses and cancel. Because of the cancellation fee (no stock ordered or drawings made) I have spent a net £66 with nothing to show for it! I would warn any one thinking of using them NOT TOO
