Less than 1 year after purchasing the extreme weather hot tub cover ($1k) the foam started pooling. They told me that the foam was installed upside down and how to fix it. After fixing it, it started to pool in one small corner. I found that the cover had frayed and the foam was flattened out. They told me that my extreme weather cover had been damaged by the sun reflecting off of the window. But, only a 2'x4' section was damaged. Poor warranty service.
